Returns & Exchanges

Each Wildflower Glass piece is thoughtfully handcrafted using glass. Because of the nature of glass, sometimes small imperfections and markings within the glass may appear and are not considered faults. This is what makes these pieces unique and special in their own right and truly one-of-a-kind.

We kindly ask for your understanding of the following;

• No Returns For Change of Mind - As our items are one-of-a-kind or small batch releases, we are unable to offer returns if you change your mind after you purchase.

 

• No Returns on Earrings - This is due to hygiene reasons.
  

 

• Faulty or Damaged Item - If your purchase arrived faulty or damaged in some way, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will assess the situation and work with you to find a resolution. As mentioned above, because of the nature of glass, sometimes small imperfections and markings within the glass may appear, this is what makes these pieces unique and will not be considered faulty.
